Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Stish platform provided by Sociably Digital Services. By using Stish, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Stish, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Stish is a B2B campaign operations and asset management platform that helps performance marketers, creators, and agencies collaborate on advertising campaigns. Features include campaign management, asset library, AI-powered tools, task management, and analytics.

3. Account Registration

To use Stish, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Be authorized to bind your organization to these Terms (for business accounts)

You are responsible for all activities under your account.

4. Free Trial

We offer a 7-day free trial for new users. During the trial:

  • You have full access to platform features based on your selected tier
  • AI credits are not included during the trial period
  • A valid credit card is required to start the trial
  • You will be charged automatically after the trial unless you cancel

5. Subscription and Billing

Payment: Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via Stripe.

Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled.

Price Changes: We may change pricing with 30 days notice.

Refunds: We offer prorated refunds for annual plans cancelled within 14 days. Monthly plans are non-refundable.

AI Credits: Unused AI credits do not roll over to the next billing period.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Upload malicious content or malware
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access
  • Interfere with the platform's operation
  • Use the service for spam or harassment
  • Resell or redistribute the service without authorization

7. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload to Stish (campaigns, assets, data). By uploading content, you grant us a license to host, store, and display it as necessary to provide our services.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to all content you upload.

8. AI-Generated Content

Our AI features (Ad Copy Generator, Campaign Health Check, Keyword Expander) generate suggestions based on your inputs. You acknowledge that:

  • AI-generated content is provided as suggestions only
  • You are responsible for reviewing and approving AI outputs before use
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy or suitability of AI-generated content
  • You own the rights to AI-generated content created using your inputs

9. Intellectual Property

Stish, including its software, design, and documentation, is owned by Sociably Digital Services and protected by intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the platform for your business purposes.

10. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice when possible. We are not liable for downtime due to factors beyond our control.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sociably Digital Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Termination

By You: You may cancel your subscription at any time through Settings.

By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms.

Effect: Upon termination, your right to use Stish ends. You may export your data within 30 days.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece and the European Union. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Athens, Greece, unless mandatory consumer protection laws require otherwise.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the platform at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
